Choose between 30-60 minute workshops where Dr. Todd will teach your group the evidence-based techniques to self treat the entire body from head to toes. After one class, attendees will have simple and effective tools that are easy to implement and allow them to address common to complex aches and pains in their body. More importantly, you can address issues before they become issues.
We have held these workshops from groups as small as 5 to as large as 50. Space is flexible, we have provided workshops in conference rooms, yoga studios, sports fields, gyms, to warehouses, and parks.
